南科某國際泵浦供應商因應臺積電擴產，在新廠設立長料倉儲區，須收納 3–6 公尺不銹鋼與鋁合金管材，且受限南科高額地價，空間利用率與安全性成為關鍵。原使用焊接式懸臂架，層距固定、搬遷無法再利用，決定委託必拓重新規劃。 我們採 可調式雙面懸臂架 設計：立柱高度 6 m、臂長 1.8 m、四層配置，單臂載重達 1000 kg，並加裝端擋銷與護腳防撞。模組化螺栓組裝使架體三週內完成，日後可拆移重組。導入後儲位由 72 增至 216 格，坪效提升 3 倍，平均揀貨時間減半，年度維護成本降低 65%。完工迄今零損毀，客戶肯定此方案兼顧高承載、安全與彈性，並計畫於下一階段倉庫全面導入必拓懸臂式貨架。
A pump-equipment supplier in the Tainan Science Park needed to store 3–6 m stainless-steel and aluminum pipes for TSMC’s rapidly growing demand. With land prices soaring, the company required maximum space efficiency and stringent safety. Their welded cantilever racks were fixed in height and impossible to relocate, so they commissioned BITA to redesign the system.
We installed adjustable, double-sided cantilever racks: 6 m uprights, 1.8 m arms, four storage levels, and 1 ton load capacity per arm. End stops and column guards were added to prevent roll-offs and forklift impact. The modular, bolt-on structure was completed in three weeks and can be dismantled and reassembled at any time. After implementation, pallet positions increased from 72 to 216, tripling density; average pick time was halved, and annual maintenance costs fell by 65 %. The racks have operated for years with zero damage. The client praised the solution’s high load capacity, safety, and flexibility, and plans to adopt BITA’s cantilever system throughout its next warehouse expansion.

懸臂式貨架組成
懸臂式物料架由多種構建組成：
臂長可從 0.8 m 至 2.0 m 客製，對應各式長料尺寸；單臂載重範圍 300–1000 kg，滿足輕型鋁材到厚壁鋼管的承托需求。
立柱高度 2–6 m，層數 2–6 層，可依屋高與出入頻率調整。
表面處理提供粉體烤漆及熱浸鍍鋅兩種，室內強調美觀耐磨，戶外則兼顧防鏽耐候。
配置方面支援單面或雙面佈局，並可加裝端擋銷、防撞護腳、吊車滑軌等配件，提高安全與作業便利。
透過模組化螺栓組裝，未來可拆移重組或增減層數，讓倉儲空間隨產品線變動而靈活擴充。
